摘　　要：分析了中小型转炉油砂补炉后喷渣冒火事故的形成原因,提出了预防控制对策。In this paper, authers have analysed reasons of splashing and flaming in middle and small converter after being repaired with tarred magnesite, and have raised some countermeasures of prevention and control.
