摘 要:利用电化学测试和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了硅烷偶联剂KH550对正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)杂化涂层的改性.结果表明:添加硅烷偶联剂能够明显提高TEOS杂化涂层的耐腐蚀性和降低涂层开裂倾向;经180℃热处理制备的KH550改性涂层性能最佳,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度约为2.701×10^(-9)A/cm^2,较铝合金基体的4.208×10^(-5)A/cm^2低4个数量级,从而对铝合金基体具有良好的防护效果.The effect of a silane coupling agent(KH550) on corrosion performance of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) hybrid coatings was investigated using electrochemical measurements and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It follows that the addition of the silane coupling agent can obviously improve the corrosion resistance and the anti-cracking performance of the TEOS coatings.Whilst examinations on effect of heat treatment on coating preparation revealed that a heat treatment at 180℃might lead the coating an optimal corrosion resistance.Correspondingly,the corrosion current density of the coating in 3.5%NaCl solution is about 2.701×10^-9A/cm^2,a four orders of the magnitude less than that of plain aluminium alloy.This suggests that the hybrid coating can protect the aluminium alloy well.
