摘 要:在内蒙古五个地区土壤现场将X70管线钢埋片两年.观察腐蚀产物的宏观和微观形貌,并用EDS和XRD分析腐蚀产物,计算X70管线钢在各试验站的两年腐蚀率.研究结果表明:经两年在五地区埋设的X70管线钢腐蚀率相差很大,其中巴盟地区腐蚀率最大为8.3 g/dm^2·a.X70管线钢在内蒙古五地区土壤中腐蚀两年的腐蚀率小于一年的腐蚀率.腐蚀产物主要是Fe_3O_4和Fe_3O_4.The corrosion of X70 pipeline steel in soils of five test sites at Inner Mongolia was studied by burying the steel specimens for two years.The corrosion morphology of the buried steel specimens as observed by SEM and the corrosion products were analyzed by using EDS and XRD. The results showed that the difference in corrosion rates of the steel was large in the five field soils. The maximum of corrosion rate 8.2924 g/dm^2·d was observed for X70 buried at the test site at Bameng area.The corrosion rates of X70 for two years are lower than those for one year.The corrosion products were mainly consisted of Fe3O4 and FeO.
