摘　　要：研究了真空烧结炉的不同漏气率对ＴｉＢ２Ｎｉ金属陶瓷的机械性能的影响。结果表明：低漏气率真空烧结炉烧出的ＴｉＢ２Ｎｉ试样性能比高漏气率炉烧出的试样性能优异得多。In this paper, the effect of the various leakage rate of vacuum sintering furnace on the merchanical performance of TiB 2 Ni ceramal is studied. It is shown that the performance of TiB 2 Ni sample treated by vacuum sintering furnace with low leakage rate is superior to that with high leakage rate
