半荷包式缝合法在处女膜修补术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种简单有效的处女膜修补方法。方法采用半荷包式缝合法行处女膜修补术，即顺时针方向从3点进针9点出针收拢荷包。结果18例术后1周复查，切口均愈合良好。3个月后电话随访，12例术后初次性生活满意，即处女膜出血并伴有疼痛感。结论采用半荷包式缝合法进行处女膜修补，省时，简单易行，效果确切。Objective To explore a simple and effective method in hymen repair. Methods Eighteen patients with ages ranging from 16 to 28 years old were erformed the hymen repair with half-purse-string suture. The surgical procedure of half-purse-string suture was to draw in purse from 3 o＇clock to 9 o＇clock clockwise. Resu Its All patients were rechecked at 1 week postoperatively, and incisions healed primarily. Follow-up was performed for 3 months by phone call postoperatively, 12 cases were satisfied with the first sex life. Conclu sion The half-purse-string suture is a simple, rapid and effective method for hymen repair.
