逍遥散对兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥丸对兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其治疗膝骨性关节炎的机制。方法:30只新西兰兔造模1周后随机分为逍遥丸组(简称中药组)、玻璃酸钠组(简称针剂组)、对照组,每组10只,第12周末处死所有实验动物,取右膝关节胫骨平台软骨组织,采用末端原位标记法光镜下观察软骨细胞凋亡及计数,进行统计学处理。结果:中药组、针剂组、对照组3组软骨细胞凋亡率分别为(0.097±0.029)%、(0.150±0.026)%、(0.213±0.061)%,中药组与针剂组、对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),针剂组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥丸可以明显降低兔膝关节软骨细胞的凋亡率,延缓膝关节退行性改变。Objective：To observe the influence of Xiaoyao Pills on the apoptosis of cartilage cell of rabbits knee joint. Methods：Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into Xiaoyao Pills group （TP group）, sodium hyaluronate group （injection group）, and control group, 10 rabbits in each group. All animals were sacrificed after 12 weeks, and arthrodial cartilage of right tibial plateau were taken to observe apoptosis and counted numbers by TUNEL. Results： The rate of apoptosis of TP group, injection group and control group were （0. 097±0. 029%）, （0. 150±0. 026%） and （0. 213±0. 061%）, respectively, showing significant difference between TP group and other groups （P〈0.01）. There was also statistically significant difference between injection group and control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Xiaoyao Pills could obviously degrade the apoptosis rate of cartilage with rabbit knee joints and postpone morbidity.
