摘　　要：目的:观察平衡刮痧疗法中刮桥弓对椎动脉阻力指数的影响。方法:观察80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者使用平衡刮痧疗法中刮桥弓治疗后的对椎动脉阻力指数的影响情况。结果:治疗组80例病人,在椎动脉阻力指数改善率上明显高于对照组。结论:平衡刮痧疗法中顺刮桥弓可直接通过肌肉-神经传导激活交感神经纤维,降低交感神经兴奋性从而缓解椎动脉痉挛、降低阻力指数、缓解症状。Objective：To observe the changes of resistance index of vertebral artery in patients with arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis, after treatment with skinscraping. Methods： The changes of resistance index of vertebral artery were measured for all of 80 patients with arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis, mid-- treatment and after treatment with skinscraping. Results;The improvement rate of resistance index in all of 80 patients was higher than those of the control group. Conclusion：The sympathetic nerve fibers were directly activated through the muscle nerve conduction in skinscraping. The spasm of vertebral artery was alleviated, resistance index was lowered and the symptoms were disappeared, owing to the lower sympathetic activity.
