摘  要:核级压力容器壳体用钢采用A508-Ⅲ钢,该钢有优良的综合力学性能。为了实现压力容器壳体环焊缝的高强度高韧性匹配,研究开发了A508-Ⅲ钢用H09MnNiMoHR埋弧焊丝、SJ16HR烧结焊剂和J557HR焊条,使用该焊接材料得到的熔敷金属具有较好的强韧性;焊接接头拉伸、冲击、落锤和无损检验等试验结果均达到ASME标准和RCC-M标准中相关规定,并已成功应用于核二级部件的焊接。A508-Ⅲ steel which has excellent mechanical properties is applied in nuclear pressure vessel shell.In order to achieve the girth weld with high strength and toughness,welding materials for submerged arc welding and shielded metal arc welding were developed.Tensile test,impact test,drop-weight test,non destructive test were used to test the mechanical properties.The results meet the standards of ASME and RCC-M.The developed welding materials were successfully applied in boron injection tank.
