摘  要:蒸汽发生器管板镍基合金堆焊是蒸汽发生器制造的基本工序,也是关键工序,堆焊质量直接影响设备制造进度和后续工艺质量。CPR1000项目是中广核集团自主知识产权的二代加核电站,EPR项目是欧洲第三代核电站,两个项目蒸汽发生器管板大面积堆焊采用了不同的工艺方法,CPR1000项目管板采用带极电渣堆焊,而EPR项目管板采用热丝TIG堆焊。通过对两种不同的管板堆焊工艺进行阐述,分析和总结了焊接过程中容易出现的问题,为蒸汽发生器管板堆焊工艺的改进和设备监造提供参考。The cladding with nickel-based alloy on tube sheet in steam generator (SG) is the basic and key operation in the SG manufacturing processes.The cladding quality can directly affect the schedule and quality of follow-up operations.China Guangdong Nuclear CPR1000 project is the second generation nuclear power plant with the independent intellectual property rights by CNPEC,and EPR project is European third-generation nuclear power plants.Different methods are used to cladding tube sheet in both the projects.Strip electroslag cladding is adopted in CPR1000 project,and hot wire TIG cladding is used in EPR.These two different tube sheet cladding process were decribed,and the problems occurred easily in the cladding process were analyzed and summarized,which can provide some information for the improvement of tube sheet cladding technology in SG and its supervision work.
