摘  要:造船厂CO_2焊机使用数量大、安装位置分布广,焊接材料、电能消耗、焊接工作量及焊接生产效率实时统计困难;焊接参数及焊接质量可控性较差。目前造船厂大量使用的CO_2焊机都是通过6根控制电缆在焊接电源与送丝机之间进行参数调节,因而控制电缆容易损坏且不能进行信息统计分析和参数控制。论文以对焊接材料、电能消耗、焊接工作量及焊接生产效率进行实时统计和对焊接参数及焊接质量进行实时监控为主要目标,通过上位机(PC机)对下位机(CO_2焊机)进行分布式监控,基于RS485总线组建造船厂CO_2焊机局域网监控系统,从而防止焊工任意修改焊接参数引起的质量问题;减少CO_2焊机因焊接电源与送丝机之间的控制电缆损坏而产生的故障;保证焊接生产过程信息实时传递、分析,及时有效地监控造船厂各个工位的CO_2焊机的焊接参数及焊接质量。The shipbuilding industry is particular for welding,for example,many welding machines are used and welding position is far from the welding power.Therefore,it is are extremely urgent and important to real-time monitor the welding quality,compile statistics of welding materials, energy consumption and welders'working time.The exchange of information required reliable,and the weight of signal line should be light and easy to move between the wire feeder and the welding power.For the separation MAG welding machine used widely in the existing shipyard, which has no the function of information feedback.Six control lines are commonly used in the exchange of information between the wire feeder and the welding power,which are weight and inconvenient to adjust.The local area network (LAN) was built based on the RS485 bus to realize the distributed control of a host computer (PC) on the lower machine (MAG welding machine),which can monitor the welding quality, and calculate the consumption of welding materials,power consumption,and welders'working time.By using asynchronous serial communication, the information can be exchanged between the wire feeder and welding power,and password protection was used to prevent any optional changes of welding parameters by welders.According to the built local area network,the problem has been solved.
