摘 要:目的探讨黏附分子E-cadherin(E-cad)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者皮损中的表达及其与临床、病理表现因素之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测43例SLE患者和17例正常对照组皮肤标本中E-cad的表达情况,并分析E-cad表达与SLE临床病理因素之间的关系。结果与正常对照组相比,E-cad在组间的表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E-cad的表达与SLE病情活动、皮疹、口腔溃疡、光敏感和浆膜炎明显相关(P均<0.05),而与发热、关节炎、肾损害、肝损害等无关(P均>0.05)。结论上皮受侵犯的SLE患者E-cad表达明显增强,异常高表达的E-cad可能参与了SLE患者皮肤炎症和皮肤损害的发病过程。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of adhesion molecule E-cadherin (E-cad) and clinicopathologic factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods The expression of Ecad was measured by SP method in 43 patients with SLE( SLE group) and 17 normal persons( control group). The correlation between the expression of E-cad and clinicopathologic factors of SLE was analyzed. Results The expression of E-cad was higher in SLE group than that in control group and the difference was significant( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of E-cad were significantly correlated with disease activity, titter, oral ulcers, light sensitivity and serositis (P 〈 0. 05 ), and there were no correlation between the expression of E-cad and fever, arthritis, kidney damage and liver damage (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The SLE patients with epithelial involvement has high exprssion of E-cadherin. E-cadherin might invole in the process of pathogenesis of epithelial inflammation and epithelial involvement in patients with SLE.
