摘 要:利用焊接热循环测试系统,分别在不同热输入条件下,实时采集了10CrMo910耐热钢焊缝金属根焊层的温度参数.通过对不同热输入下焊接热循环曲线和参数的对比,并结合金相组织观察、硬度测试,研究了焊接热输入对10CrMo910耐热钢焊缝金属根焊层焊接热循环的影响.结果表明,热输入对10CrMo910耐热钢焊接热循环影响较大,热输入较小时,测得的峰值温度Tm和t8/3等热循环参数值较低,焊后组织较细小,硬度值较高;热输入较大时,测得的峰值温度Tm和t8/3等热循环参数值较高,焊后组织较粗大,硬度值较低.With welding heat-cycle system,the temperature signal of root layer at welded joint of 10CrMo910 heat resistant steel was collected under the two different welding input.Through comparing curve and parameters of welding thermal cycle under the condition of two different heat input,the effect of heat input on thermal cycle of root layer for 10CrMo910 heat resistant teel was discussed together with observation of microstructure and hardness testing.The results showed that heat input of 10CrMo910 heat resistant steel had great impact on thermal cycle,the parameters of thermal cycle such as peak temperature and t8/3 are low under low heat input,the microstructure at room temperature was finer and hardness values was higher;the higher the higher heat input,the microstructure at room temperature was coarser and hardness values was lower.
