摘  要:通过对SA335P92钢焊接接头进行600℃×104h高温持久性能试验,外推焊接接头600℃下105h的持久强度值为116 MPa.借助金相分析仪、透射电镜和能谱仪分析了P92钢焊接接头高温持久试验前后的组织结构.结果表明,原始P92钢焊接接头的金相组织为回火马氏体,主要的沉淀相有M23C6碳化物,晶内存在高密度的位错.经过9 395.8 h的高温持久试验后,显微组织仍为板条状马氏体组织,高密度的位错依然存在,晶内的析出相增加,析出相以M23C6为主.钢种力学性能取决于微观组织的变化,蠕变试验后基体的板条状马氏体和大量的位错以及析出弥散的以M23C6为主的碳化物是材料保持高强度的重要原因.The P92 welded joint stress-rupture test in tension was performed at 600 ℃/10 000 h,Extrapolation the stress-rupture of P92 welded joint after 100 000 h under 600 ℃ was 116 MPa.The microstructure of P92 welded joints before and after the test were studied using metallographic microscope,TEM and EDS.The results showed that the microstructure of the welded joint was martensitem,the major precipitation M23C6 and high-density dislocation in transgranular.The microstructure of P92 weld joint was still lath martensite after 9395.8h stress-rupture test,The original lath was still clear,high density dislocation still exist,the new phase precipitates increase in intragranular.Furthermore,it was found that the high rupture strength of P92 weld joint was mainly due to the precipitation of M23C6,lath martensite and high density dislocation.
