摘 要:利用Stober方法制备了单分散SiO2微球,先用硅烷偶联剂(γ-methacrylic propyltrimethoxysilane,MPS)对SiO2进行改性,然后以改性的SiO2为种球,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(polyvinyl pyrrolidone,PVP)为稳定剂,偶氮二异丁腈[2,2’-azobis(isobutyronitrile),AIBN]为引发剂,采用分散聚合法制备了单分散SiO2–苯乙烯(styrene)(简写为SiO2–St)复合微球。分析了不同条件下合成的SiO2–St复合微球的形态,考察了经MPS改性的SiO2微球的粒径、PVP,AIBN和苯乙烯的浓度对复合微球形态的影响。结果表明:改性后的SiO2微球能够成功地被苯乙烯包覆形成SiO2–St复合微球。粒径为250 nm的改性SiO2微球的复合效果最佳,形成的SiO2–St复合微球表面光滑,球形度较好,具有良好的单分散性。最优的反应条件是改性SiO2为0.1 mol/L,无水乙醇为20 mL,PVP为0.23 mmol/L,AIBN为6.10 mmol/L,苯乙烯为0.60 mmol/L和水5 mL。Monodispersed SiO2 microspheres were prepared by Stober method,and then the SiO2 microspheres were modified by γ-methacrylic propyltrimethoxysilane(MPS) as coupling agent,finally silica–styrene(SiO2–St) composite microspheres were pre-pared through dispersion polymerization method using modified SiO2 as seed,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) as stabilizing agent and 2,2'-azobis(isobutyronitrile)(AIBN) as initiating agent.The morphology of SiO2–St composite microspheres synthesized at different reaction conditions was analyzed.Influence of the diameter of SiO2 microspheres modified by MPS,the concentration of PVP,AIBN and styrene on the morphology of SiO2–St composite microspheres were investigated.The results indicate that the modified SiO2 microspheres can be coated successfully by styrene.And the SiO2–St composite microspheres have smooth surface,better sphericity and good monodisperse.Optimal coating effect is obtained when using SiO2 microsphere of 250 nm in diameter as seed.The optimal composition of reactive raw materials is: 0.1 mol/L grafted silica,20 mL absolute alcohol,0.23 mmol/L PVP,6.10 mmol/L AIBN,0.60 mmol/L styrene and 5 mL H2O.
