摘 要:以硝酸盐和尿素为基质,采用燃烧法在650℃合成了SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+,Pr3+长余辉发光粉体。研究了样品的晶体结构、晶粒大小及发光性能。结果表明:Eu2+,Dy3+,Pr3+共掺杂的磷光体没有改变铝酸锶的晶体结构,平均晶粒尺寸为41.5 nm;激发和发射光谱分别为360 nm和515 nm的宽带谱,与SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+相比,掺杂Pr3+有利于形成结晶度良好的固溶体,掺杂Pr3+的样品初始发光亮度显著提高,大约是其3倍多,同时发光性能得到明显改善,此外对初始亮度增强的机理进行了初步探讨。SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+,Pr^3+ long afterglow phosphor powder was successfully prepared by combustion at a lower temperature of 650 ℃,using nitrate and carbamide as starting materials.The crystallization,crystallite size and luminescence properties of the phosphor were investigated.The results show that the crystalline structure of the phosphor doped with Eu^2+,Dy^3+ and Pr^3+did not change,and is still strontium aluminate.Its average size of crystallite is about 41.5 nm.The excitation and emission spectra of the phosphor are broad bands located at 360 and 515 nm,respectively.Compared with SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ phosphor,the good crystallin-ity solid solution can be formed in SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+,Pr^3+ phosphor by adding Pr^3+,the initial luminescence intensity of the phos-phor increases by about three times.Its luminescence properties are significantly improved.Besides,the possible mechanism for the improvement of initial luminescence intensity is presented.
