摘 要:利用Cu–10Sn–5Ti钎料粉末在钢基体上真空钎焊镀Ti金刚石。考察了钎焊温度对金刚石与钢基体结合强度的影响,分析了Ti镀层在金刚石钎焊过程的作用。结果表明:当钎焊温度为900~920℃时,可实现金刚石、铜基钎料与钢基体之间的强力冶金结合;且金刚石由于镀Ti层的保护隔离作用,大大降低了热损伤和石墨化,金刚石的晶型完整,900℃时热冲击强度只下降了1.1%左右。钎焊金刚石在磨削过程中主要经历小块破碎和大块破碎,很少发现整颗脱落的情况。Ti-coated diamond grits on steel substrate were brazed with Cu–10Sn–5Ti alloy powder as solder in vacuum.The influence of brazing temperature on the bond strength between diamond grits and steel substrate were investigated,and the effect of the Ti coating in brazing diamonds process was analyzed.The experimental results indicate that when the brazing temperature is 900–920 ℃,the metallurgic bond between diamond grits and brazing alloy and steel substrate is strong.The Ti coating can protect the diamonds from thermal damage and graphitizing during brazing process,and the thermal toughness index of the Ti-coated diamonds under 900 ℃ decreases by only about 1.1%.The diamonds mainly occur micro-fracture and fracture in grinding process,and there are few diamonds pull-out during the grinding processing.
