摘  要:目的:总结2009年昆明地区化妆品皮肤不良反应的临床特点、可疑致病化妆品类别等情况,为防治化妆品不良反应提供依据。方法:分析化妆品皮肤不良反应患者临床资料及斑贴试验等结果。结果:①化妆品皮肤不良反应患者共110例,其中化妆品接触性皮炎占90.0%,其余依次为化妆品痤疮、色素异常和光感性皮炎;②可疑致病化妆品中,普通护肤类占72.3%,特殊化妆品占27.7%;③使用进口化妆品患者占38.2%,国产化妆品37.3%,无批准文号化妆品24.5%;④98例完成斑贴试验及光斑贴试验,阳性率32.7%。结论:化妆品接触性皮炎最常见;普通护肤品及祛斑、防晒等特殊化妆品是常见的可疑致病化妆品;应加强合理使用化妆品的宣教和对无批准文号化妆品的监管。Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics and suspected cosmetic products of cosmetic dermatoses in 2009 in Kunming area. Methods: The age,gender,Occupation of the patients, and the suspected cosmetics used were investigated, and the patch tests were used to reveal the offending cosmetics. Results: ① 90.0% of the 110 cases were diagnosed as cosmetic contact dermatoses, 4.5% as acne induced by cosmetics, 2.7% as skin discolouration induced by cosmetics, and 2.7% as photosensitive dermatitis induced by cosmetics.② There were 261 kinds of suspeced cosmetic products, including common skin care products (72.3%), freckle removal products (14.2%), cosmetic sunscreens (9.2%) and hair care products (3.1%). ③ 38.2% of the cases used imported cosmetic products, 37.3% with domestic products, and 24.5% with unqualified cosmetic products. ④ Among 98 cases who were patch tested 32.7% showed positive results. Conclusion: In the side effects caused by cosmetics contact dermatitis is the most common. The general skin care products were the common suspected products. Further more, education on rational use of cosmetic products and supervision on unqualified cosmetic products should be enhenced become a focus in the eurrentcosmetic dermatoses monitoring system.
