凉山州普格县HIV相关知识知晓状况及影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省凉山州普格县居民艾滋病相关知识水平及其影响因素,为今后在该地区开展有针对性的宣传教育和制定预防措施提供依据。方法在四川省凉山州普格县运用分层整群抽样方法随机抽取6个村,对村中15～59岁的居民采用一对一的询问方式进行不记名问卷调查。结果共调查1065人,收回有效问卷1003份。其中434人没听说过艾滋病。除艾滋病为传染病知晓率为44.6%,其他知识知晓率均不到40.0%。多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示性别(OR=-1.13,95%CI:-1.44～-0.83)、民族(OR=2.73,95%CI:2.41～3.05)和文化程度(初中比小学及文盲OR=1.11,95%CI:0.70～1.52;高中及以上比小学及文盲OR=1.79,95%CI:0.69～2.88)是影响艾滋病知识得分的主要因素。结论四川省凉山州普格县居民艾滋病相关知识的知晓率很低,应加大对该地区居民艾滋病相关知识的宣传力度,其中女性,彝族及文化水平低的居民是艾滋病健康教育知识干预的重要人群。Objective To investigate the knowledge and its influencing factors concerning HIV/AIDS of residents in Puge County in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province and provide information for the health education and policy making.Methods Six villages was selected using stratification cluster sampling from Puge County of Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province.An anonymous self managed questionnaire was administrated to the residents between 15 to 59 years old through the one by one interview in the 6 villages.Results 1 065 residents were investigated,and 1 003 effective questionnaire were collected.434 individuals had never heard of HIV.Except that the awareness rate of the knowledge regarding whether AIDS is a contagious disease was 44.6%,the other awareness rate of knowledge about HIV/AIDS was all lower than 40.0%.Results of Logistic analysis showed that the gender（OR=-1.13,95% CI：-1.44～-0.83）,nationality（OR=2.73,95% CI：2.41～3.05） and education level（middle school OR=1.11,95% CI：0.70～1.52;high school OR=1.79,95% CI：0.69～2.88） were main influencing factors of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among residents.Conclusions The HIV/AIDS-related knowledge of the residents living in Puge County in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province is very lower.More HIV/AIDS related health education should be given among these residents,especially women,the Yi nationality and those with lower education.
