跨国公司在华投资战略调整对中国产业发展的影响研究——以金融危机为背景

摘　　要：此次金融危机改变了中国的外部经济环境,中国经济在遭受冲击的同时也向全世界展示了自身的巨大发展潜力。鉴于此跨国公司正逐渐改变在华投资策略,提升中国在其全球产业链中的地位。这一改变对于中国经济的发展具有非常重大的影响。从整体层面上看,其正面效应大于负面效应,但随着跨国公司的全球产业战略在华布局的实现,其负面效应也在逐渐凸显。两方面效应形成的强大反差,揭示出中国在引进跨国公司投资的过程中,对产业自主创新能力的严重忽视和缺乏。The recent finance crisis has made great changes on the external economic conditions of China.Though suffering serious attack,China＇s economy has shown the world its own great developing potentiality.Multinational corporations now adjust their investment strategies in China,and enhance the status of China in their global industrial chain.The adjustment will bring significant impact on the economy of China.At the overall level,its positive effects outweigh the negative.However,with the global industry strategies of transnational corporations achieving the layout,the negative effects will become more serious.The contrast of both effects reveals that China has neglected and lacked cultivating independent industrial innovation in importing multinational corporations＇ investment.
