摘  要:神华神东电力热电公司上湾三期2x150MW工程1号、2号锅炉一次风机的4台电动机,在机组投运初期的几个月内,陆续出现异常声音,振动加大,且声音逐步增大,甚至有轴承烧损的情况,已经严重影响到机组的安全、稳定运行。经分析认为其主要原因是电动机轴电流的存在对电动机轴承的损伤所致。对电动机的轴承端盖进行了改造,切断轴电流产生的通道,从根本上解决了轴电流损伤轴承的问题。改造后的运行实践证明,达到了预期效果。In the first few month of commissioning the four electric motors of No.l and No.2 primary air fans in the 2xl50MW third project of Shangwan thermal power plant, abnormal sounds appeared successively, and increased gradually, even with bearing burned. It seriously affected the safety and stability of the unit operation. It was considered that the main reason is damage of the motor bearing due to the presence of motor axis current. We modified the bearing cover of the motor to cut off the circulation of the axis current, so that the problem of bearing shaft current damage is solved from the root. Operation proved to achieve the desired effect.
