摘  要:我国河流泥沙含量大,水轮机过流部件的泥沙磨蚀严重,影响机组的稳定和安全运行。高速火焰喷涂(HVOF)作为一种高能喷涂方法,其喷涂的涂层具有致密且结合强度高的特点,在水轮机抗磨蚀方面已经得到了一定的应用,本文对高速火焰喷涂技术的原理和工艺,以及实际应用效果进行了介绍,高速火焰喷涂已经成为目前国内外普遍采用的耐泥沙磨损工艺,在某些电厂的实际运行中也取得了较好的效果,具有较高的推广应用价值。The sediment contents in the river of our country are large,and the flow passage components of the hydraulic turbines have been badly subjected due to abrasion,which influence the stability and safety of the unit.The HVOF is a high-energy spraying technique.The coating of HVOF has densest performance and high bonding strength,and it had been used to resist the abrasion of hydraulic turbines.The theory and processes of HVOF were introduced in this paper,and the effects of practical application were also discussed.Now HVOF was widely adopted to prevent sediment abrasion.Favorable effect was acquired in some hydropower stations.And the further application can be expected.
