温针内外膝眼配合康复训练治疗震后板房区膝关节骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的采取随机对照单盲法观察温针内外膝眼配合康复训练治疗震后板房区膝关节骨关节炎(膝骨关节炎)的临床疗效。方法将82例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为2组:治疗组41例采用温针内外膝眼配合康复训练方法治疗,对照组41例采用针刺配合康复训练方法治疗,2组均治疗20次后观察疗效。结果治疗后2组症状积分均较治疗前缓解,治疗组症状积分缓解情况优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为85%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论温针内外膝眼配合康复训练治疗震后板房区膝骨关节炎疗效优于针刺配合康复训练。Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic of warm needling Xiyan inside and outside combined with rehabilitation exercise on knee osteoarthritis living in board room after earthquake by randomized-controlled simple blinding method.Methods 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group（41 cases） was treated with warming needle puls rehabilitation exercise,and control group with acupuncture puls rehabilitation exercise.Both of the groups were treated for 20 times and then the effect was observed.Results The symptoms were relieved in both treatment and control groups compared with that before treatment.But the improvement in treatment group was better than that in the control group.The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 100%,that of the control group was 85%,compared with each other,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Warm needling Xiyan inside and outside combined with rehabilitation exercise treatment has a better therapeutic effect than acupuncture puls rehabilitation exercise on knee osteoarthritis living board room after earthquake.
