摘　　要：随着人类辅助生殖技术的迅速开展,如何提高妊娠成功率已成为该项技术面临的最大问题。胚胎着床的成功,除了胚胎的质量外,关键在于胚胎发育必须与子宫内膜同步化。近年来,关于子宫内膜容受性的影响因素已成为国内外生殖医学界研究的热点。现主要从子宫内容的细胞形态学、超声学、分子生物学及基因水平方面综述国内外关于子宫内膜容受性相关因素的最新研究进展,并提出相应的治疗措施.With the assisted reproductive techniques widely being employed,how to improve overall pregnance success rate by assisted reproductive techniques becomes one of the most important problems.Except the embryo quality,the endometrial receptivity also plays a major role.The initiation of pregnancy requires a precisely timed synchronization between endometrial development and the implanting blastocyst.For recent years,the relating factors on endometrial receptivity has become a hotspot investigated extensively by specialists all over the world.The latest progress in foreign research on it from some aspects such as cell morphology,ultrasonography,molecular biology and gene theory at the same time put out the treatments were reviewed in this paper.
