摘　　要：步进炉作为高速线材、棒材、及板材轧线的主要设备之一,炉底机械驱动部分为电液比例液压系统。对步进炉炉底机械电液比例系统及典型回路进行分析,该技术以其高效率和性价比将得到广泛应用,值得进一步推广。Walking beam furnace is one of main equipments for high speed wire rods,sheet metal rolling,which adopts electro-hydrualic proportional hydraulic proportional hydraulic system for hearth mechanical driving.Anlysis for electro-hydraulic proportional system and its typical circuit of walking beam furnace has been done.This technology is be valued to further developed and should be extended for its hig effeciency,low cost and fine performance.
