摘  要:对非乙烯路线炼化一体化的概念和技术进行初步研究。结合某石化企业的资源现状,对加工方案的选择、产品方案确定、副产品的加工利用以及经济效益等方面进行分析,提出了以催化裂解(DCC)增产丙烯装置为核心的非乙烯路线炼化一体化方案,确定了具有企业特色、适合企业发展的最优加工路线。The concept of a refining-chemical integrated enterprise focusing on non-ethylene light hydrocarbon was proposed and discussed in this paper. A case study was carried out based on its current resources. Several options were taken into consideration and being compared in the aspects of processing technology, constitution of units, product slates, by-products utilization, production cost and economic profit. Finally, an optimized plant configuration of refining chemical integration focusing on propylene instead of ethylene was recommended taking deep catalytic cracking (DCC) unit as the key unit.
