摘  要:介绍了中国石化镇海炼化分公司在延迟焦化装置接触冷却系统实施的工艺流程改造和控制优化。主要包括自流热水直接进循环热水系统,接触冷却系统两个分液罐的含油污水通过自动选择控制系统,用一台泵送入污油罐。提出污油罐脱水采取源头分开,多罐串联静置沉降和旋流除油结合处理后进污水汽提装置的技术路线。改造后,自流热水处理成本每年降低18万元;冷焦水罐顶气硫化物浓度降至4.14 mg/m^3(标准状态),消除了冷焦水系统的环境恶臭。Process modifications and control system optimization of the contacting cooling system in delayed coking unit of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company was introduced, mainly including self-flow hot water was injected into the circulating hot water system by pressure pump directly, oily sewage from two separators was pumped into the oily sewage tank by automatic select control system. A technical route for the dehydration of oily sewage was proposed, which included adopting a combined treatment of separating sewage sources, standing settlement of multi-tank in series and eddy degreasing, then the treated sewage was sent to a sewage stripping device for further treatment. Since revamping, the treatment cost of self-flow hot water was reduced by 180 thousand RMB annually; furthermore, the odor pollution from the coke cool- ing water system was eliminated due to less hydrogen sulfide release.
