摘  要:简述了γ射线料位计的工作原理。中国石化九江分公司对延迟焦化装置焦炭塔进行γ射线料位计移位改造以及配套使用模拟焦高技术,实时指导并优化工艺操作,在确保焦炭塔安全运行的前提下,提高了装置加工量,降低了消泡剂用量。同时就γ射线料位计在实际使用中存在的问题进行分析并提出建议。The measuring principle of γ-ray material level indicator was briefly described. A relocation of γ-ray level indicator and the application of coke height simulation technique at the coke tower of delayed coking unit in SINOPEC Jiujiang Company were introduced. Results showed that using γ-ray level indicator combined with coke height simulation technique was helpful to real time optimize process operation and to ensure safely running of the unit, furthermore, the processing capacity of the unit was increased and the consumption of antifoaming agent was reduced. Some problems in the application of the γ-ray level indicator were analyzed and suggestions were proposed.
