高芳烃油浆制备芳烃软化剂的研究

摘　　要：以某炼油厂MIP-CGP装置油浆为原料,经减压蒸馏切割成多段馏分,考察不同窄馏分以及宽馏分的性质,从中筛选出400～500℃馏分用作芳烃软化剂。芳烃油在轮胎胎面胶中的应用结果表明,400～500℃馏分是一种性质优良的橡胶软化剂,可以改善胶料的加工性能,同时使硫化胶具有较好的物理机械性能,且生热最低,耐磨、耐老化性好。Slurry from MIP-CGP unit was cut into a series of fractions by vacuum distillation and the properties of narrow fractions and wide fractions were studied. By comparison the 400 500℃ fraction was chosen to be used as rubber softener. The application results showed that in the process of producing tire tread rubber, this fraction could improve the processing performance and made the physical-mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber better with less heat, more anti-abrasion and anti-oxidation. Therefore, the 400-500℃ fraction of MIPCGP slurry is an excellent rubber softener.
