2型糖尿病患者生化指标及血压水平对视网膜血管直径的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者不同生化指标及血压水平对视网膜血管直径的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者200例,采用眼底彩色照相、计算机辅助测量视网膜血管直径,测定生化指标、血压,分析不同生化指标及血压水平对视网膜血管直径的影响。结果 2型糖尿病患者视网膜静脉直径随空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)水平的升高有扩张的趋势,随舒张压(DBP)水平升高有缩窄的趋势。2型糖尿病患者视网膜动、静脉血管直径大小与血脂水平无关。结论 2型糖尿病患者中视网膜血管直径大小受血糖水平、血压水平的影响。Objective It is to approach the influence of biochemistry index and blood pressure of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） on retinal vessel caliber. Methods 200 patients with T2DM were selected, the diameters of retinal vessels were measured using fundus color photo and computer-assisted imaging program, the biochemistry index was detected and blood pressure was measured, then the influence of biochemistry index and blood pressure on retinal vessel caliber was assaied. Results The retinal vena caliber of patients with T2DM was dilated with increasing of FBG and HbA1 c, and was contracted with increasing of diastolic blood pressure, the retinal arteriolar diameters declined. There was no significant difference in the retinal arteriolar and vena diameters between the groups with different blood fat index. Conclusion The retinal arteriolar and vena diameters of patients with T2DM are influenced by the levels of blood sugar and blood pressure.
