摘　　要：运用设计方法学和创造学,从功能分析着手,对塑料组合筒体组装机进行机械运动方案和机械结构设计,并采用气缸驱动滑板式校正模具和带浮动旋头的特殊旋转组合机构解决了因手工装配带来的质量差、效率低的问题,提高了生产效率和产品质量。Using the method of creative method and design methodology,designed plastic tube combination group mechanical motion plan and installed by mechanical structure from the point of function analysis,and slide type cylinder driving with floating mold and correction of special rotating head spin combination mechanism.The solution for manual assembly of poor quality solved the problem of low efficiency and improved the productivity,efficiency and product quality.
