通腑汤对急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织中SP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通腑汤对急性肺损伤(ALI)大鼠肺组织SP水平的影响,探讨通腑汤治疗ALI的作用机制。方法选取健康Wistar大鼠180只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组,每组30只。尾静脉注射LPS复制ALI模型,0.5 h后中药各剂量组灌胃、地塞米松组腹腔注射,于治疗后第1,2,6小时,每组每次各处死大鼠10只。ELISA法检测肺组织中SP含量。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组SP显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比,治疗各组SP均降低(P均<0.05)。中药低剂量组SP含量高于地塞米松组(P<0.05);中药中、高剂量组SP含量与地塞米松组比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05);中药中、高剂量组SP含量均低于中药低剂量组(P均<0.05);中药高剂量组SP含量与中药中剂量组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通腑汤可降低ALI大鼠肺组织中SP含量,中、高剂量组疗效较好。Objective It is to observe the influence of Tongfu decoction on the level of SP in lung tissue of rats with acute lung injury（ALI） and to approach the action mechanism of Tongfu decoction on ALI.Methods 180 healthy Wistar rats were chosen and randomly divided into normal control group,model group,dexamethasone group,low dose traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group,middle dose TCM group and high dose TCM group in which there were 30 rats respectively.ALI model was established with LPS injected in caudal vein.After 0.5 h,all TCM groups were given intragastric administration and dexamethasone group was given peritoneal injection.10 rats in every group were killed one time at the first hour,the second hour and the sixth hour after treatment.The contents of SP in lung tissue were detected with ELISA method.Results Compared with normal control group,the content of SP in model group heightened significantly（P〈0.05）.Compared with model group,the contents of SP in all treatment groups all lowered（all P〉0.05）.The content of SP in low dose TCM group was higher than that in dexamethasone group（P〈0.05）.There were both no significant differences on the contents of SP between in middle and high dose TCM groups and in dexamethasone group（both P〈0.05）.The contents of SP in middle and high dose TCM groups were both lower than that in low dose TCM group（both P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on the content of SP between in high dose TCM group and in middle dose TCM group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tongfu decoction can lower the content of SP in lung tissue of ALI rats.The curative effects in middle and high dose TCM groups are better.
