摘　　要：目的观察不同浓度胰岛素合剂对人成纤维细胞增殖速度的影响。方法用加入不同浓度胰岛素合剂的DMEM改良培养基接种人成纤维细胞,经过静态培养,比较不同浓度培养基中人成纤维细胞增殖速度。结果在不同浓度的改良培养基中人成纤维细胞的增殖速度与变化不一样。结论在一定的胰岛素合剂浓度下,人成纤维细胞的增殖速度与胰岛素浓度成正比,当胰岛素达到一定浓度后,对人成纤维细胞增殖的影响变得不明显或受抑制,从而为下一步研究胰岛素合剂外用于临床的最佳浓度提供一定的参考依据。Objective It is to observe the influence of different concentration of insulin mixture on the speed of cell multiplication of human fibroblast.Methods Human fibroblasts were inoculated on modified DMEM medium which was added with different concentration of insulin mixture.After static training,the speeds of cell multiplication of human fibroblast in different concentration of medium were compared.Results The speeds and changes of cell multiplication of human fibroblast in different concentration of modified medium were all different.Conclusion Under the action of determinate concentration of insulin mixture,the speeds of cell multiplication of human fibroblast has direct proportion with the concentration of insulin.When insulin reaches a certain concentration,the influence on cell multiplication of human fibroblast turns to be not obvious or be inhibited.Accordingly determinate reference basis can be provided for the next step study of the best concentration of insulin mixture used outside the clinic.
