摘　　要：以演化经济学为研究视角,分别从相关概念、公共科技管理制度设计、公共科技管理与公共科技协同演化和经济增长的关系以及公共科技扩散4个方面,对自主创新导向型公共科技管理理论的国内外研究文献进行了较为系统的归纳和评述,最后指出了该领域未来研究中值得关注的几个问题。In this paper,evolutionary economics is a perspective of study.In the right perspective,this paper surveys literatures at home and abroad of independent innovation-oriented of public science and technology management theory from related concepts,public science and technology management system design,the relationship among co-evolution of public science technology management,public science technology and economic growth,as well as public science technology diffusion,and gives full comments.Finally,the paper points out several issues of concern,and suggests the direction for the further study in this field.
