摘 要:用程序升温毛细管气相色谱- 质谱联用方法对柿叶的挥发成分进行了分离鉴定, 共分离出80个组分,用峰面积归一化方法计算出相对含量。用谱图检索确认出75 个化合物,其在总挥发成分中的质量分数为98.13% 。其中有55 个含氧化合物,其在总挥发成分中的质量分数为95.22% ,以( E) - 2- 己烯醛(42.22%) 、(Z) - 2- 己烯醛(8.14%) 和3,7,11,15- 四甲基- 2- 十六烯- 1- 醇(17.82% ) 为主,并讨论了这些组分的药用价值及制备天然饮料的营养价值。The volatile compounds in persimmon leaves have been analysed by combined means of programmed temperature capillary GC/MS and 80 compounds were separated in which 75 volatile compounds were identified, occupied 98.13% of the total. The oxygen containing chemical compounds occupy 95.22% of the total. There are 5 compounds,their content is more than 3%, occupied 76.37% of the total. They are (E)-2-hexenal, (Z)-2-hexenal,(E)-3-hexen-1-ol,1,6-octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-,2-hexadecen-1-ol,3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-, their content are 42.22%,8.14%,3.63%,4.56%,17.82% respectively,they are the main volatile compositions of persimmon leaves. The medical and nutritive value of preparations of natural persimmon leaves drink was discussed.
