摘　　要：介绍了深圳"红树西岸"小区地下工程的防水设计方案和选用的主要防水材料。本工程地下室防水设计以混凝土结构自防水为基础,在迎水面或背水面全外包高聚物改性沥青防水卷材、高分子合成橡胶片材、防水涂膜等柔性防水层,形成一个刚柔相济的全封闭防水体系。The article introduces waterproofing design and main waterproof materials for Hongshuxi＇an residential Area,Shenzhen.The techniques include self-waterproofing concrete fully covered with polymer modified bitumen membranes,single ply sheet and liquid applied waterproofing membrane on positive side or negative side to form a rigid and flexible combined and fully sealed waterproofing system.
