摘 要:对迁钢210 t顶底复吹转炉-RH-板坯连铸工艺条件下的IF钢温度状况进行了统计和分析,根据RH初始温度和废钢加入量对RH处理过程温降的影响,建立RH处理过程钢水温度变化的数学模型,得出转炉出钢至开始连铸时的总温降为162.52℃,转炉出钢至RH到站平均温降为79.54℃,RH过程平均温降39.10℃,RH出站至中间包的温降为44.58℃;利用多元统计回归分析,可较好地预测RH过程的温降。The statistics and analysis on temperature condition of IF steel liquid in current 210 t top and bottom combined blown converter-RH-slab casting process condition at Qian An Iron and Steel Co have been carried out,and the math model for change of liquid temperature during RH treatment process is established in accordance with the effect of RH initial temperature of liquid and crape adding amount on temperature reduction of liquid during RH treatment process.It is obtained that the total temperature reduction of liquid from converter tapping to initial casting is 162.52℃including the average temperature reduction 79.54℃from converter tapping to RH station,39.10℃during RH process,44.58℃leaving RH station to tundish;and the temperature reduction of liquid during RH process can be predicted reliably by using multiple regression analysis.
