摘  要:在尼龙12选择性激光烧结材料中添加不同的填料,研究了各种填料对激光烧结过程中的铺粉性、预热温度、激光功率等工艺性能的影响。结果表明,添加玻璃微珠的烧结材料铺粉性好、预热温度范围宽、烧结工艺性良好;滑石粉亦可改善尼龙12烧结工艺性,而粒径小于2μm的轻质碳酸钙、陶瓷微珠等填料则对尼龙12烧结工艺有不良影响。Difference fillers were used into nylon12 selective laser sintering(SLS)materials.The effects of the fillers on SLS process parameters such as performance in powder dispension,the preheating temperature and the laser power for sintering were investigated.The result showed that the sintering material with glass bead made the good powder dispension,a relatively wide range of preheating temperature,good sintering process.Talc improved the SLS process of nylon 12.However,fillers with fine particle(〈2 μm)such as light calcium carbonate and ceramic micro-sphere were unsuitable for SLS process of nylon 12.
