摘　　要：以汽车零件为研究对象,利用CAE技术及注塑模具CAD技术,借助Moldflow和PRO/E软件,建立了产品的三维实体模型,在产品的结构工艺性和成型性分析的基础上,进行了产品成型过程的模拟分析,获得了优化的成型方案和参数,并利用PROE/E模块EMX进行了模具结构的三维优化设计。In this paper,the car part was used as study object,the CAE and injection mold CAD technology were used,and the three dimension model of product was established by the Moldflow and PRO/E.The optimized molding methods and parameters were obtained based on the analysis of structure process and molding characteristics and the three dimension optimizing design of mould structure was finished by using the EMX module in PRO/E.
