摘  要:采用自行研制的熔体浸渍包覆长玻纤装置,制备了长玻纤增强尼龙66(LGF-PA66)复合材料。研究了相容剂乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(POE-g-MAH)、三元乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸酐(EPDM-g-MAH)对LGF-PA66力学性能和流学行为的影响。结果发现:当相容剂质量分数为2.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度最大,缺口冲击强度在相容剂质量分数为0%~10.0%范围内近似线性的增加,不同相容剂对力学性能的影响相似。运用了拉伸强度模型和缺口冲击强度模型对实验结果进行了解释。相容剂用量的增加导致了平衡扭矩线性的提高,但对实际加工并没有带来太大的影响。In this study,a self-designed impregnation device used for coating polymer melt on the surface of glass fiber was employed to produce nylon 66 composites reinforced by long glass fiber.The influence of compatilizer(POE-g-MAH and EPDM-g-MAH)on mechanical properties and rheological behavior of long glass fiber reinforced nylon 66(LGF-PA66)was investigated.The results showed that a maximum tensile strength is reached at the compatilizer content 2.5 wt%,and the Notch impact strength increases virtually in a linear fashion with increasing the compatilizer content in the range 0%~10.0 wt%.Different compatilizers have a similar effect on mechanical properties of LGF-PA66 composites.Meanwhile,a tensile strength model and a Notch impact strength model were applied to explain the experimental results.The results from the effect of compatilizer on rheological behavior of composites indicated that torque balanced augments linearly with the increase of compatilizer content.However,it did not cause much difficulty for the melt processing.
