摘  要:目的:探讨肺炎支原体DNA(MP-DNA),支原体抗体(MP-Ig),C反应蛋白(CRP)对诊断支原体肺炎的敏感性和特异性,为临床提供准确快速的诊断依据。方法:采用MP荧光定量PCR法检测患儿呼吸道分泌物标本中的MP-DNA水平,同时检测血清CRP和MP-IgM的浓度,同时相互进行比较。结果:MP-DNA和MP-Ig对诊断支原体肺炎的敏感性均高于CRP,三个指标中敏感性以MP-Ig最高;特异性和阳性预测值以MP-DNA最高;阴性预测值和约登指数,MP-DNA和MP-Ig两者相差无几。结论:MP-DNA检测对肺炎支原体的早期诊断有一定价值。Objective: To explore diagnostic evaluation of sensitivity and specificity of MP-DNA,MP-Ig are CRP in children with MP pneumonia, and provide accurate and quick diagnostic proof to clinic medicals.Methods: children's respiratory secretion samples were collected for fluorescent quantitative PCR for MP-DNA,and the serum's concentrations of CRP and MP-IgM were detected by immunobiochemistry methods,and the three indexes were compared with each other.Results: MP-DNA and MP-Ig were superior for sensitivity in diagnosis of MPP.Of the three indexes the MP-Ig was the most sensitive,and MP-DNA was more superior than others in specificity and positive predictors;negative predictors and Youden's index of MP-DNA and MP-Ig have little difference in common.Conclusion: MP-DNA is evaluable in early and accurate diagnosis on MP infection.
