摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量三磷酸腺苷(ATP)快速静脉注射终止阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)疗效。方法:对30例PSVT快速静脉注射小剂量ATP,并观察疗效。结果:30例病人中27例效果良好,有效率为90%。结论:小剂量ATP快速静脉注射终止PSVT,作用快,转复效果良好。Objective：To observe the curative effect of small dose ATP on terminating PSVT＇s attack through intravenous inject fast.Methods： Ejecting small dose ATP to 30 patients who were being the PSVT＇s attack firstly,then observe the curative effect.Results：There were valid in 27 ones of these patients,the effective rate was 90%.Conclusion：Small dose ATP can terminate PSVT＇s attack successfully,the effect-acting period is short and the curative effect is favorable,side-effect is little.
