摘 要:球形滚子弧面凸轮分度机构是用钢球代替圆柱,实现高精度、零背隙、低噪声的分度装置。文中先推导了任意回转面滚子从动件弧面凸轮的廓面方程,进一步得到了球形滚子弧面凸轮廓面方程;基于Pro/E软件构建了弧面凸轮和球形滚子的三维模型,并进行了运动仿真。运动分析结果表明了文中所提方法的有效性和通用性,为球形滚子弧面凸轮分度机构的运动学和动力学研究奠定了基础。The indexing mechanism of globoidal cam with spherical rollers is an indexing device that allows high indexing accuracy,zero backlash and low noise by replacing the roller with steel balls.The globoidal cam profile equation with any revolution surface roller follower was firstly deduced,and then profile equation of globoidal cam with spherical rollers was obtained.The 3D models both of the globoidal cam and spherical roller were constructed and the movement simulation was carried out based on Pro/E.The movement analysis results prove the effectiveness and generality of the modeling method expressed in the paper,laying the foundation for the kinematics and dynamics research of globoidal cam with spherical rollers.
