摘  要:通过对碎屑岩粒度分析过程中影响分析效率的因素分析,找到了其中的5项主控因素,并针对这5项因素提出了相应的改进对策和办法,自行设计研制了岩心颗粒解散头组合装置,通过方法、流程、设备的优化和改进使得碎屑岩的粒度分析工作效率有了大幅提高,节约了成本,创造了可观的经济效益。Through the analysis of factors influencing the analyzing efficiency in the process of analyzing the detritus rock grain size,five dominating factors are found out,followed by some suggestions about corresponding improving countermeasures and methods against the above five factors.Meanwhile,the compounding device of disbanding heads of rock core grains is designed and developed by oneself.Then by the optimum and improvement of methods,flow process and device,the analyzing efficiency of detritus rock particle size has been increased considerably,together with the cost reduced,and the obvious economic benefit achieved.
