摘　　要：介绍了对"油田标准体系"和"标准化良好行为示范队"的理解及标准化工作对于油田生产经营管理的重要意义,创建标准化良好行为示范队活动对油田基层的作用,提高油田基层单位对标准化工作的认识,增强做好油田基层管理标准化工作的信心。An introduction is given to the understanding of ＂oilfield standard system＂ and ＂the demonstration team of standard good behavior＂,the significance of standardization work in the management and administration of oilfield production.Then the discussion focuses on the effect of creating the demonstration team activities of standard good behavior on the basic units of oilfields.The purpose of study is to improve the insight of oilfield basic units into the standardization and increase their confidence in doing the standard management work well in oilfield basic units.
