桃红二丹四物汤治疗血瘀型功血的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察桃红二丹四物汤治疗血瘀型功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)的临床疗效。【方法】采用桃红二丹四物汤治疗血瘀型功血30例,观察患者的止血疗效、中医症候改善情况以及病程、病情轻重程度和年龄与疗效的关系。【结果】桃红二丹四物汤治疗血瘀型功血的止血总有效率为90.00%;中医症候改善显著,愈显率为73.33%,总有效率为90.00%。病情轻重程度不同的患者治疗效果比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),病情轻度组患者疗效最佳;而不同病程、不同年龄的患者之间治疗效果比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。【结论】桃红二丹四物汤治疗血瘀型功血疗效满意。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tao Hong Erdan Siwu Decoction （THESD） for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients with blood stasis. Methods Thirty dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients with blood stasis were treated with THESD. After treatment, the effects on stopping bleeding and improving syndromes were evaluated, and the correlation of course of the disease, illness severity and age distribution with the therapeutic effect was investigated. Results The total effective rate for stopping bleeding was 90.00%. The remarkably effective rate for improving syndromes was 73.33% and the total effective rate was 90.00%. The therapeutic effect was correlated with the illness severity （P 〈 0.05） , and was the best in patients with mild dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The therapeutic effect was not correlated with the course of the disease and age distribution （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion THESD exerts certain effect for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients with blood stasis.
