阳春砂不同栽培品种种子的比较研究

摘　　要：【目的】全面认识阳春砂的种子特性,从种子上寻找阳春砂不同栽培品种的差异。【方法】以阳春砂2个主流栽培品种长果、圆果以及选育中品种春选的种子为材料,对种子进行形态、气味和色泽等常规检查,测定千粒质量、含水量、成熟度、饱满度、生活力等参数,进行种子发芽试验,统计不同品种种子的发芽情况。【结果】长果和圆果种子差异较小,而春选与长果、圆果的差异较大。在种子的常规参数方面,春选与长果、圆果比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。春选种子在发芽试验后期大量萌发,实际发芽率最高,而圆果种子发芽最整齐。【结论】春选种子与长果、圆果种子存在显著差异。本方法为制定阳春砂种子的检验规程和质量标准打下基础。Objective To get an overall view of the characteristics of Amomum villosum Lout. （AVL） seeds and to find out the differences of various AVL cultivars from the aspect of the seeds. Methods The seeds of two main AVL cultivars, Changguo and Yuanguo, and the seeds of the breeding AVL cuhivar, Chunxuan, were used as study materials. The macroscopic features, scent, color and luster of seeds were examined, and the weight of one thousand seeds, moisture content, ripeness, plumpness and viability were detected as well. Germination percentage and germination vigor were compared through germination examination. Results The seed differences between Chunxuan and the other two cultivars of AVL were obvious as compared with those between Changguo and Yuanguo. The routine seed parameters of Chuanxuan differed from those of Changguo and Yuanguo （ P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈0. O1 ）. Chunxuan had the highest germination rate among three cuhivars, and the germination of Yuanguo was in good order. Conclusion Chunxuan is different from Changguo and Yuanguo cultivars of AVL in the charactersitics of the seeds. The established methods will lay the basis of quality standard of AVL seeds.
