摘　　要：体育强国的实现应建立在优秀运动员权利保护的基础之上。虽然我国近年逐步完善优秀运动员权利方面的法律,但仍存在一些问题:法律实施难、法规效力低、法规系统性差、权利意识弱等。提出优秀运动员权利之法律保护策略:注重实施现有法律;完善《体育法》、整合体育规范性文件;提高优秀运动员的权利意识等。The realization of a sports power should be based on the protection of the elite athletes＇ fights. Although China has kept improving the legislation on protection of the fights of elite athletes, compared with the requirements set on the fights of elite athlete by the notion of sports power, there still exist such problems as hard implementation of laws, low effect of laws, poor legal system, and weak fight awareness. This paper provided legal strategies to protect elite athletes＇ fight including focusing on the implementation of the existing law, improving Sports Laws, integrating documents of sports regulations, and enhancing elite athletes＇ awareness of rights.
