摘　　要：介绍了在浮法玻璃生产线上,采用喷涂机将主要成分为羟基羧酸、氯化稀土盐、表面活性剂等的防霉处理剂喷洒在切割掰边过的玻璃表面,并经过盘洗、滚洗、辊压、水洗、风干等工艺处理,使玻璃表面光亮洁净,防霉性能大幅度提高。An on-line weathering proof technology by spraying weather-proof agent which is composed of hydroxycarboxylic acid, rare-earth chloride salts and surfactant as its main compositions was described in this article . The weather-proof agent was sprayed on cut and edge-severed glass surface by a sprayer and offers satisfactory weather-proof feature to glass. This agent can also add shining and cleaning to glass surface after the following process ： washed in turn with disk brush, roll bar brush, roll-in, water rinsing, air blowing.
