摘  要:根据2006~2007年4个航次对流沙湾海域浮游植物的调查资料,分析了该海域浮游植物的物种组成及时空分布、优势种及季节演替、总细胞数的时空分布、多样性指数和均匀度以及浮游植物与环境因子之间的关系。结果显示,调查期间共鉴定出浮游植物65属159种,隶属4个门。主要生态类群有广温种和暖水种,优势种季节更替明显,菱形海线藻(Thalassionema nitzschioides)是全年的优势种。调查海区浮游植物细胞数为1.51×104/L~9.03×105/L,年平均数为1.56×105/L,呈现典型的双峰型周年变动模式。浮游植物的多样性指数为1.11~4.09,平均值3.03,均匀度指数为0.37~0.98,平均值0.80,群落多样性水平较高,结构比较稳定。流沙湾海域浮游植物受到营养盐、N/P、浮游动物等环境因素共同影响。Based on the survey data on phytoplankton of 4 cruises in Liusha Bay waters from 2006 to 2007,the temporal and spatial variation of the phytoplankton community structure and the relationship between the seasonal distribution of phytoplankton and environmental factors were analyzed.The results showed that 159 kinds of species belonging to 65 genera in 4 phylum were identified(mostly warm and eurythermic species),with diatoms as the majority.The seasonal succession of major dominant species was remarkable. Thalassionema nitzschioides is the dominant species over the whole year.The cell density ranged from 1.51×104/L to 9.03×105/L,with an average of 1.56×105/L.The pattern of quantitative variation was the two-peak type,in which the two peaks appeared in spring and autumn respectively.The range of diversity index,evenness index was 1.11~4.09(mean 2.03),and 0.37~0.98(mean 0.80),respectively.According to the diversity index,it was concluded that the diversity level of the phytoplankton community in Liusha Bay was relatively high and stable.The distribution of phytoplankton in Liusha Bay waters appeared to be related to the environmental factors,such as hydrological conditions,nutrients(DIN,DIP,N/P) and gazing impact of zooplankton.
