摘 要:针对3MDZK-12型棉花打顶机利用机械仿形机构或人工方法来调节切割器的工作高度,其自动化水平较低,且实时性和精确性较差的问题,设计了一种基于AT89C52单片机的棉花打顶机切割器高度自动控制系统。同时,分析了液压升降机构以及切割器与棉株高度间的相互关系;根据控制系统的要求,设计了棉株高度和切割器高度自动检测装置。在3MDZK-12型棉花打顶机上使用该控制系统,可使切割器按照棉株高度的变化进行自动调节,降低劳动强度。Aiming at the problem that the cutter's operational height of 3MDZK-12 cotton top-cutting Machine was adjusted by mechanical profiling organization or manually,which had low automation level,less accuracy and limited real time.The paper designed an automatic height control system for cutter of cotton top-cutting machine based on a MCS AT89C52.The hydraulic lifting device was analyzed,and the relationship between the cutter and cotton height was determined.According to the auto-control theory of working process of a cutter,an auto-device of measuring cotton height and cutter height was designed.Useing the automatic height control system on 3MDZK-12 cotton top-cutting machine can make cutter auto-regulate according to the cotton height and reduce labor intensity.
